If the item(s) are damaged due to faulty product or mail damage, send us a picture with a message explaining what happened. As long as it is due to faulty product or mail damaged, you can mail it back to us and we will return/exchange it for a new one at no extra cost to you. If it is not due to faulty product/mail damage, we will still return/exchange it but for a return/exchange fee.
